By accessing and using our baby photo contest platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use our platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This includes the license to:

- Create an account and participate in contests
- Upload photos of your baby for contest entry
- Vote for contest participants
- View contest results and winner galleries

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

- Safeguarding your password and account information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring compliance with all contest rules

All content submitted to our platform must comply with the following guidelines:

- Must be original content owned by you
- Must not violate any third-party rights
- Must not contain inappropriate or offensive material
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Must meet contest-specific requirements

You may not use our platform:

- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state laws or ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To engage in vote manipulation or fraudulent voting practices

Contest prizes are subject to availability and the following conditions:

-Prizes are provided as shopping vouchers, coupons, or other rewards and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-Winners must claim their prizes within the specified timeframe.
-We reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
-Any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping costs may be the responsibility of the winner.
-Prizes will typically be distributed within 7–10 days after the winner is verified and the contest results are finalized.

In no event shall Baby Contest or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our platform, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
